Villa Buka is one of two private villas at ENEA, created exclusively for families on the beautiful island of Gili Air.
“Buka” means “open” in Indonesian, a name that perfectly reflects the villa’s design. The open-plan living room, dining area and kitchen flow seamlessly into the tropical garden and private pool, creating a bright and airy space where indoor and outdoor living become one.
Located just 250 metres from the beach, Villa Buka offers a peaceful yet central location close to the island’s best snorkelling spots, cafés and restaurants.

Open-plan tropical living
Set within a generous tropical plot, Villa Buka offers approximately 165 m² of thoughtfully designed living space, including a fully private swimming pool.
Inspired by traditional Indonesian architecture, the villa combines handcrafted alang-alang roofing, natural stone finishes and warm tropical textures with the comfort of a modern family home.
The spacious open-plan layout connects the kitchen, dining area and lounge into one welcoming space, allowing parents to cook, relax and spend time together while children move freely between the house, garden and pool.
A few steps lead down to the cosy lounge area, where you’ll find a comfortable sofa, Smart TV and Netflix — the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the island.
Bedrooms
Villa Buka features two interconnected bedrooms, offering both privacy and convenience for families travelling together.
Both bedrooms include comfortable 180 × 200 cm king-size beds.
-The children’s bedroom has been specially designed to create a space where little guests can play, imagine and feel at home. It includes:
- A custom-built raised bed with an integrated slide
- Space for an additional 90 cm single bed on the upper level
- A dedicated play area with toys, books and games
Rather than simply adding a few children’s amenities, this room has been thoughtfully created as a space children can truly enjoy throughout their stay.
-The master bedroom also includes a spacious walk-in closet with a dedicated desk overlooking the private pool and tropical garden. It offers a comfortable space to work on a laptop while keeping an eye on children playing outside.

Both bathrooms follow the traditional tropical style found throughout the villa, with open-air elements that create a unique connection with nature while maintaining complete privacy.
Private swimming pool
The villa features a 6-metre private swimming pool with a shallow children’s area, allowing younger guests to enjoy the water more comfortably while parents relax nearby.
Pool toys and family-friendly accessories are also provided.

To make packing lighter and holidays easier, Villa Buka includes:

Villa Buka is ideally located in a quiet area of Gili Air while remaining within easy walking distance of everything the island has to offer.

Breakfast
To help guests settle in, a small welcome selection including milk, cereal and juice is provided on arrival.
We’re also planning to introduce an optional in-villa breakfast service, allowing guests to enjoy a freshly prepared breakfast served directly at the villa.
